Chocolate Spoons

For about 5 sticks:

• 50ml cream
• 200 g milk couverture
• wooden spoons
• shot glasses

Chop the chocolate. Heat up the cream and melt the chocolate in it. If you want you can add flavors at this point.

Now fill the warm chocolate into the shot glass and after the chocolate has cooled down a bit put the wooden spoons in.

Put the Chocolate Spoons in a cup with hot milk (about 300 ml) to get Hot Chocolate. Wait until the chocolate has dissolved and stir every now and then. This might take a minute or two. If you don't like it that sweet just take one spoon for two cups.
